Frank Cupersmith
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Frank has been an active real estate investor since 2002. In the last twenty years he has been involved in more than 100 personal real estate transactions ranging in size from single family homes to multifamily investments. In 2018, Mr. Cupersmith and a business partner started what is now one of the fastest growing property/association management companies in the country. They have over 26,000 clients and 7 billion dollars of assets under management. They currently also manage over 350 rental properties for their clients with properties in Minnesota, Florida and North Carolina. Mr. Cupersmith's passion is seeing other people thrive.With over 25 years of coaching experience, from AAU basketball to corporate executives, he is well-prepared to help you launch your financial wealth journey.
Dave Morse
CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER
Dave Morse is President of L7 Growth and brings to Inflexand Capital Group almost a decade of experience in real estate, corporate team building and strategic growth. Prior to joining the ICG Team, Mr. Morse served on the 7FF Leadership Team as Sales Director for 7 Figure Multifamily Mastermind, overseeing North America growth. He was responsible for attracting quality investors & and has advised more than 100 business owners in accelerating their growth. Mr. Morse also brings previous corporate experience with AT&T in their Leadership Development Program, taking 3 different call centers to #1 in the nation in just 4 years among other accomplishments. He earned his Business degree from Brigham Young University and has primary responsibilities of capital raising and strategic growth.
Melissa Timberlake
PARTNER/CAPITAL RAISER
While maintaining a full-time job as an airline pilot, Melissa has been an active real estate investor for twenty years, acquiring and managing a multi-million dollar investment portfolio of single family, duplex, and mixed-use properties in Virginia, Colorado, and Paris, France. This experience has taught Melissa how to analyze and target investment opportunities with significant upside while mitigating risks. Melissa recently shifted her focus to multifamily investing and has been building a team of acquisitions, asset management, and financial analysis experts. Melissa founded our partner organization, Sutter & Wright Capital Group, in 2022 to create a channel through which other dedicated and busy professionals can build their wealth and create better financial futures for their families with responsible, strategic, and ethical investing.
Jake Salazar
CHIEF INFORMATION OFFICER
Jake is a founding member of Inflexand Capital Group. With a diverse portfolio across multiple properties, Mr. Salazar showcases his proficiency in underwriting, market analysis, investor relations, and IT. His added expertise in asset management has been instrumental in driving the growth of ICG. A Marine Corps officer and University of Michigan wrestler, he brings a resilient spirit and team-oriented ethos to his professional endeavors. Based in Utah, he cherishes his role as a loving husband and father to four children alongside his business pursuits. With a blend of personal approach and professional commitment, Mr. Salazar aims to consistently elevate investors' experience in the multifamily real estate market.
Adam Whitney
CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER
In addition to being a valued Inflexand Capital Partner, Adam is the CEO of the multi-million dollar company Blackjack Real Estate. He is widely recognized, and has been on many event stages, for his strong leadership skills, strategic vision, and ability to build and motivate high-performing teams. Through his leadership, Blackjack has achieved impressive growth and established a reputation for excellence in the industry. As both a Marine Corps officer and CEO, Mr. Whitney brings to ICG a high level of teamwork and leadership with primary responsibilities in fundraising, with his great reputation and strong network.
David Hahn
CHEIF FINANCIAL OFFICER
David previously enjoyed an eighteen year career developing and implementing economic and operational models to improve the profitability of restaurants as large as 1,500 units and as small as single-unit startups. During this time, David successfully led multi-year, multi-million dollar projects, overseeing all aspects from ideation to execution and from cost estimation to on-budget and on-time completion. David’s analytical background and experience also includes a degree in business administration with a concentration in finance. David’s expertise helps ICG validate the efficacy and viability of all investment opportunities while maintaining oversight of ongoing projects to ensure their objectives are met.
